FCS Solutions provides credit consulting, financial education, and dispute guidance. We work with clients to challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information with the credit bureaus and furnishers. However, we do NOT guarantee specific results, removals, or credit score increases.
3. Credit education and Coaching services
FCS Solutions LLC provides credit education and coaching services. We do not offer credit repair or dispute services. Clients are responsible for initiating disputes with credit bureaus. No results are guaranteed
4. Payments & Refunds
✅ All payments are final and non-refundable once services have been rendered.
✅ Monthly subscription fees for credit consulting services will be billed automatically unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Any failure to follow the provided credit strategy or respond to credit bureau requests may impact results.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our guidance. Your success depends on your financial habits and credit profile.
7. Governing Law
